Olimp Labs Gold-Vit® C Junior is a raspberry-flavoured, powdered vitamin C supplement for children that can be consumed immediately. It contains naturally sourced, high quality acerola fruit powder and the unique PureWay-C® complex, a vitamin C. PureWay-C® complex is a vitamin C made with a unique patented technology that is absorbed significantly faster than other vitamin C on the market. It is also gentle on the stomach. Research has shown that PureWay-C® complex is absorbed very quickly from the gastrointestinal tract into the bloodstream, from where the active vitamin C is easily distributed throughout the cells. A clinical study in healthy volunteers showed that the fatty acid metabolites of vitamin C are absorbed more rapidly compared to a control group compared to other vitamin preparations.
